An 18-year-old black woman was captured on video being tased and brutally punched in Madison, Wisconsin. Allegedly, prior to the altercation, she was physically violent with a customer at a Taco Bell and was garnering a knife. In order to subdue her, the police kneed her in the chest then pushed her face into the ground, punched her repeatedly and bag her head. Is this further evidence that police are using too much brute force? Elliot Hill, Mark Sovel and Margaret Howell discuss the question on the Lip News.
