Hillary Clinton has declined to debate Bernie Sanders on Fox News prior to Californias June 7th primary. Clintons campaign stated that they believe that Hillary Clintons time is best spent campaigning and meeting directly with voters across California and preparing for a general election campaign that will ensure the White House remains in Democratic hands. Sanders released a statement in response to Clinton saying he is "disappointed but not surprised" by Clinton's decision. In January both Clinton and Sanders agreed to do a debate in California in May. California offers 475 delegates, the largest prize of any state.
