A video showing a Baltimore school police officer assaulting a teen has prompted law officials to launch. In the video, an officer can be seen swearing at a teenager, slapping him in the face repeatedly and then kicking him against the wall, while another officer watches. The video of the Reach Partnership high school attack has since sparked outrage over the militarized presence of police in schools. While the School Police Chief Marshall Goodwin and the two officers in the video were placed on administrative leave, school administrators have yet to confirm if the victim is a student. Sasha Kai Parker and Margaret J. Howell discuss the incident further on the Lip News.
