Is there an Ashley Greene diet? Ashley Greene who plays Alice Cullen in the Twilight franchise movies, says that she doesn't diet at all. Well, she is not technically skinny, but this 23 year old model and actress doesn't think that being skinny is attractive at all. "A lot of people like to be super tiny, but I don't want a child's body, I want a woman's body that's extremely fit. It's so much sexier. She might not be starving herself but, I'm sure that is definitely doing something right. Let's take a look!

The Ashley Greene Diet:

Ashley Greene admits that she had tried several fad diets in the past and nothing proved to be extremely good for her and "I don't do the diet thing anymore," Greene admits. "I'm a big believer in feeding your body what it needs. Deny yourself something and you're going to end up shoving your face full of it." A lot of us wondered what she was eating while they were filming the Twilight movies because she looked so good in them. It was really easy we were working 12 hours a day, so it didnt leave too much time to eat, she said. So she would keep eating fruits and granola bars to keep herself going. But on a typical day, Ashley Greene would eat a lot of whole grain products, lean meat, steamed vegetables and fruits.

When it comes to her fitness, Ashley Greene does pilates 6 days a weeks. I do it early in the morning. It wakes you up, and its kind of refreshing, she said. Ashley Greene also runs on the treadmill for about 20 minutes several times a week. She said, Sometimes cardio. And that is basically it. I am not a big weight person because when I do weights I build muscle mass.

Final Word on the Ashley Greene Diet:

Whatever that she is doing is definitely working for her. I will recommend pilates for strengthening the core and to tone up. However, I will not recommend long hours of work minus the food because that is no good. This is where I sign off and I can't wait to see the final two movies of the Twilight saga. Adios!
