However, for reasons unknown, not much has been talked about their food habits and diet secrets. Both these tennis legends have a few things in common supreme focus, extraordinary fitness, great mobility and that undying thirst to win. Apart from all the training and grooming, proper food habits and the right diet plan play important roles in taking a tennis player from zero to hero. Both Nadal and Roger doesnt believe in dietary supplements. Apart from the normal nutrition, both eat proper food that is required. Of course their protein and carbohydrate intake has to complement their fitness training. When they are traveling for a major tournament or for some important endorsements, they do control their food intake and not indulge in sumptuous food.
